We strive to provide the most cost effective shipping methods.

All items are shipped through the United States Post Office via Parcel Post or FedEx.

We are able to ship outside of the United States. To do so, please contact us with address prior to placing an order then we can calculate shipping charges accordingly.

All orders will ship to the address listed on your PayPal receipt. If you’d like the order to ship to a different address, please contact us at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to exchange any items to better accommodate your pet, please let us know within 7 business days of receipt.

If you receive items damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
